Anne Celeste Heche is an American actress who is known for playing a wide range of roles in film or television, as well as in theatre. Anne Lockhart, born Anne Kathleen Maloney in September 1953 was an American actor from America. She is best known for her character Lieutenant Sheba on the television show Battlestar Galactica ( 1978-1979). She is the granddaughter and daughter of actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart made her debut in the industry at very young age. Her first appearance came around the age of 4 when she appeared on T is for Tumbleweed. The short film about a subject was selected for the academy award. Her mother invited her to the studio, where she learned what the industry of film was like. Lockhart even appeared in several shows of Lassie. Dora in Jory was her first movie of 1972.
